i've been feelin ill since thursday.i cant munch through cos i know it wont stay down, and ive got a really bad headache.any means of access to make myself feel better?

Sip a ginger ale to keep your fluids up, and get lots of rest. The headache may be due to a hallucination, or dehydration. If this lasts more than 2 or three days, go see a doctor.
