Menstrual related ? that didn't work contained by Women's Health?
I've been constipated for a little while presently & I feel like what are menstrual cramps instead of the constipation cramps & lately when I shift to the restroom, I've noticed that there is a bit bit of blood in my urine? I've been taking fiber supplements & I'm not due for my length until August 23, but could this be due to the constipation or is it an early onset of my length?

Answer: if u have blood in the urine u have need of to see your doctor. it could be a urinary tract infection.
but it may be spotting in between your period. I don`t know your cycle is changing times and u are having a oil lamp period. i dont think its due to person constipated.
Are you sure the blood is in your urine and not from hemorrhoids which can occur when you are constipated? in attendance is really no way for anyone to tell. If it is really a problem you should see a GYN
