Migraine trigger Help?
Ok, I have had migranes for days gone by few years. I didn't do a food journal because I eat different foods adjectives of the time, and get headaches several times a week. I go away to college, and the migraines stopped, and I went home they started back up. Now I am pay for in college, and they were gone for a few weeks. Well I did interest something in my diet that could likely be the trigger. Dairy foods, are my favorite item. Ieat them everyday at home, but not so much at college, until lately. My headaches are back similar to they used to be, and i know that if i cut dairy out of my diet that they will probably go away again. The only problem is that I love dairy foods...and I enjoy eaten dairy all of my vivacity. I didn't really have migraines until a few years ago, so could it really be something else? Or should I just cut adjectives dairy products out of my diet...(this will really kill me). Help, I don't know what to do.
Answer: Kmburlee, I get migraines for no adjectives reason. Some common denominators are stress, deficit of food and the weather. Since I have been on allergy medication, there has be a significant reduction of migraines.
Excedrin work well for me, if I nick it at the early stages. I can tell by loss of delirium without pain; consequently, I always have some available everywhere I travel. You can save a lot of money by getting other brands near the same active ingredients. Hope this will be thoughtful and you can eat anything you like.

It's really up to you. Think of it this way...would you rather enjoy migraine pain or would you rather not guzzle dairy.If you do cut dairy out of your diet and you are still getting migraines then you could alway put dairy also back contained by. You may also want to try to cut back on dairy and see if that helps.
