Honestly, live in SE Asia and get lots of "skeeto" bites...but this time, it's right on my capillary, on my wrist.already swwellimg a lot and usually a bite doesn't do this to me. what to do?

If your not near medical give a hand, I suggest taking Benadryl or some other anti histamine (usually for allergies like hay fever). They have done that to me to on the capillary but it could be something else. I would seek medical attention and still take the antihistamine.

Keep the bite verbs and dry. Apply a first aid ointment or cream to the wound, and cover it with a covering. Leave the bandage on for a couple days, then remove and check the wound, if it is not better, shift see your doctor.

It is swelling because it is right on the vain. You shouldn't worry, it will make well just like any other mosquito bite, but it may rob a bit longer. I would recomend putting some ice on it for a while to take the swelling down.
