Muscle surrounded by bottom of foot?
Last night I was dance, and towards the end of the night, the bottom of my right foot started hurting. When I pressed by shank`s pony on the floor to stretch out my muscle, my big toe and the toe right by it, I guess you could say, buckled. I could hardly move both of them. That happen quite a few times, but it always get it out.
After about 10 min. of massaging, my foot be fine. What happened?
Answer:
I'm extraordinarily uncoordinated and clumsy...any tips on fixing that?
What you describe is a classic cramp. When a muscle gets deprived of satisfactory blood and oxygen, from things like over exertion or injury, the muscle contracts. This contraction further cuts of the blood flow to the area and the contraction continues. Compressed nerves can also trigger cramps. The best point you can do at that time is immediately stretch it out and massage it. Sometimes cramps will only happen in the best of circumstances, but some things increase their likelyhood:Being ailing
Inadequate warm ups
Certain drugs (particularly stimulants and tobacco)
Eating large meal before exercise
Restrictive clothing or shoes
Certain diseases or metabolic problems
If you take rudimentary steps and the problem persists or spreads see a doctor.
If you're within a loud place (and you DON'T hold any earplugs).?
That's happened to me up to that time also. It's just the muscle cramping. As long as it goes away you're fine!Any thought why this severe lower backbone misery comes roughly speaking?
