Muscle pains after working out

I just started going to the gym but the day after i work out i return with muscle pains in my arms. Im 16 and just do undeveloped bench lifts and go on substance machines. Is this just something that will gradually easen out as my body get used to it or am i not warming up/ stretching before/after i train?

Answer:    Hi, Congrats on starting at the Gym!

You do need to Warm Up and stretch formerly and after you train, this will help alleviate those sore muscles and slowly get them used to mortal orked out!

Ask the gym lecturer at the high school those guys live for this stuff dont hurt your self/ You can present yourself a hernia. I never lifted in HS 50 percent of the guys that did I know wound up getting a hernia girls look at your face not your muscles anyway why kill yourself You stipulation to warm up and stretch before and after you do these exercises. Should solve the problem but if it doesn't you are any not warming up/cooling down and stretching enough if not you are over-working and need to build up more slowly.
