Muscle oblige!! I pulled a muscle?
ok so I was at cross country camp a week ago and we have extra time so we went down to the beach and established to jump off a cliff. yea smart.
I land wrong in the water and adjectives my weight went on my gone leg. it hurt really bad. I couldnt walk for 2 days. I dont know what muscle it is. it hurts to do a squat. im thinking it might be my thigh. it hurts above and below my knees whenever I move.
I need a way to restore to health it fast cause Im not going to miss cross country practice motive of a stupid injury.

also take a anti inflammatory drug resembling ibuprofen just got over impossible to tell apart thing u should check with a doctor though contained by case its a hamstring
