Muscle twitches backing?

ok i been getting muscle twitches for about a year immediately and last night i have one on my leg that would not stop for like 20 mintues what is wrong with me that i am getting these i'm not contained by any sports not that active so what can b the problem? what can i do to fix dis?

Answer:    Muscle twitches are normal.If you experienced one for truly 20 minutes you want to exercise more often. I would recommend walking or jogging for at lowest possible half an hour a day. If you still hold long muscle twitches you should call a local doctor..
i get them alot too, my doctor have told me its because at our age (assuming your in your teens or late teens) is because be growing.. it also can be a lack of vitamen in your system or excersice.. other after that its normal.. ive had them for 4 years so far. Could be a vitamin or mineral negative amount of some kind. Regular exercise and a well on the brink diet would most likely resolve this issue. .
Maybe you need more exercise. Your muscles might entail to be strengthened up?
