Muscles are really Sore. Help please :)

My muscles are REALLY Sore? Please help!
I went to Cheerleading practice Tuesday darkness, and now I'm so sore!
I can barely move! Mostly my shoulders/neck and thighs. I'm pretty sure it be because I haven't done cheerleading in a while, and the practice was really intense. Does anyone know any tips on how to create the aches go away? I won't bring advil or aleve, or any of that stuff. Is it true that an ice bath help? I layed in the pool on a raft all hours of daylight, but it didn't really help. Any suggestions?

Answer:    This is kind of after the fact, but after a energetic workout you need to take a nice hot shower to backing relaz the muscles, You'll still be sore, but not as bad.

Now that you are in the sticky of it you can try a few things like icy hot or bengay, but I found that just waiting and letting the sharp in your muscles subside works the best. I actually approaching the feeling because it lets me know that I did something positive to donate me that feeling..
If you take a hot shower and put grill on your over tired muscles that will help. I would always come home from tennis sore and rime really won't do much unless you're hurt as in bruising, heat will sustain sore muscles. Go get some epsom salt and soak within it , .
rub bengay on it. or go buy one of those pads that boil up ur muscles...thermacare or icy hot
