ok ive had muscles twitches for about at year or two. Ive done alot of reasearch. But i saw a website clich¨¦ that you may have a spinal injury, and i was wondering if it be caused by the car accident i had two years ago. So i did some more research, and its caused by fasciculations, and tics. i used to enjoy tics, but not anymore.xD So not sure if the spinal thing, but it might be true...-.-

Answer:    Vitamin deficiencies are a adjectives cause of muscle twitches. I've had them near B vitamin and D vitamin deficiencies. Mention them to your doctor and ask for tests. If that's not the result in, at least you can rule that out.
