My Back hurts from march strip.

I'll be a junior this year so I've already done marching band for 2 years, and Summer military camp started up already. I felt fine the first day, consequently at the end of the second day my lower rear, towards my pelvis by what seems like the terribly end of my spine, started to hurt a bit, and this morning it started to hurt only something like 30 mins into practice-and I took some ibuprofen about 45 mins before leash even started.

I've been to the doctor about it, and they did xrays on my spine and said in that was minor curving of my spine, but nothing most important. It doesn't feel like my muscles are sore-it of late feels like my backbone hurts. I dont know if it is or not, but I hope it's not that I have weak put money on muscles because I started working out every other day since about later december and I've already done marching band for 2 years, so I would consider if it's a muscle problem I would be plenty strong by now, and I know for a fact it's not that I'm oil because I weigh 140.

What could be causing it? And is there anything I can do?

P.S. I play the Mellophone.

Answer:    One of my best friends have the same problem (she plays the Mellophone as well). Her problem was her kidneys, but it could also be that you're holding your instrument wrong. Even though you've done march band for 2 years, your body changes and you're probably a moment or two taller, muscular, or you've had some other change since later Band Camp. Make sure that when you hold your instrument in playing position, that you aren't leaning backbone (putting stress on your lower back)..
You should stretch more. When you're marching the mellophone requires special posture and strength. You just don' enjoy it as easy as a trumpet player. those lower back and hip mussels really enjoy to work hard to support proper form.

Try yoga or some intense ( but safe and controlled) stretching.

You are a Junior this year. This means that you are a leader and perceive that you must show the underclassmen what they should look like. There are a lot of polite tips on improving your posture, and, just as esteemed, is your improvement of your attitude. Congratulations on sticking with it and accurate luck.
I have a lot of experience surrounded by marching band. Many years ago I march with a championship decoration that numbered around 125. Every one of us had a lot of groans and gripes at the start of the year, but, as we academic whet we needed to do, we concentrated on teamwork and cooperation instead of "poor me". We did about ten shows a season, plus frequent parades. Before long, the emphasis be on musicianship and appearance instead of how your (a) feet, (2) back, (3) head) or any points contained by between HURT! You think about that football player who a short time ago got up from a BIG pile of people out to mar him for life. Annd you think you hurt? Whatever Well, you are probably bending your rear when you are playing. I do this sometimes, and I don't notice, and my back hurts. Try penchant forward a bit more than you are now when you are playing, and see what happens.
