My rear legs still hurts, why?

2 months ago I hurt my back in gymnastics because i arched it too much and it really hurt. Now 2 months after that it still hurts (not as much but it still does) when I lean back. Do you thinkk its anything serious?

Answer:    Back pain is never a well-mannered thing, especially when it comes from straining it. It's possible that you tore tendons, ligaments or even injured a disc. The fact that it still hurts is to some extent disconcerting. Personally I would consider seeing a back specialist about it because you don't want to screw something up and be contained by chronic back pain for the rest of your vivacity..
It sounds like your back have adjusted itself to the injury (the spine tries to compensate for the change that be made when the back gets injured). The best character to see would be a chiropractor - he/she would do x-rays and will also be able to get your spine spinal column into fine condition without surgery.
