My Brother dislocated his shoulder for the 2nd time and we are due to fly long draw surrounded by 2 weeks time.?

What are the chances of him still being competent to fly?

Answer:    Check with his doctor but should be fine, so long as no complications airline will be ok with it..
He may want to consider a shoulder brace (to prevent the shoulder from dislocating) if he doesn't already use one. They fit right below most clothes (a teammate wears hers under her jersey) It's a short sleeve that wraps around lower than the other arm and stabilizes the shoulder a little extra. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to the major point. I would say pretty good.
