my brother was insulting me for no reason again so i punched him. consequently he grabed my arms i tried to kick him in the croch. subsequent he threw me to the kitchen floor right on my tailbone. it hurts almost every time i move except for my arms and stuff. there is no bruse there but it hurts really doomed to failure. is it broke?what can i do and when will it heal?
my brother is six foot tall and 180 lbs. and im five foot elevated and 100lbs.

lol. that happened to me. it hurt...A LOT!! i thought it was broken too. after a while, the stomach-ache went away. if u had broken ur tail bone, i chew over that u would be in A LOT more pain right immediately!I faint today and hit my team leader ... ?
I have two experiences with broken tailbones--mine when I be in my early 30s and my son's when he be 15. Since you are talking about sibling combat, I'm assuming my son's experience is probably more applicable to you.He injured his by doing cannonball into the shallow end (trying to impress his younger brother with a big splash!). Then, a few weeks subsequent, he landed on his tailbone during football tryouts. He couldn't sit down or bend over without deeply of pain. Xrays showed broken in two places.
The doctor said that football be out for a few months (therefore, the whole season), but he could try out for basketball about 3 months subsequently. It took several weeks for him to sit pain-free, but his injury did heal on its own. He took lots of ibuprofen (4 pills 4 times a day) and sat on rime packs quite a bit. The doctor said he should be totally heal a year after the initial injury, so, even if he fell on it, it would be no more likely to fracture than if he had never broken it.
Being elder myself, healing took a little longer when I first broke mine. Then, just about 10 years later, the injury reaggravated due to lots of time sitting on planes, in cars, and on buses. I done up in physical therapy and sitting on a donut (foam wad that looks kind of like a toilet seat) for a long time. I'm pretty much hindmost to normal.
One thing I found really informative was getting a lumbar support for sitting and driving especially. You can just roll up a towel or use a small pillow between the lower part of a set of your back and the back of the form. It puts less pressure on your tail bone when sitting. If you can't stand sitting with that, find a donut cushion. There are blowup ones at stores close to Walgreens that are pretty cheap. Or, try a medical supply store for a foam one that will last forever.

I thought I broke my tail bone at one point! It was amazingly irritated but no bruise! After a few days it begin to bruise, and by the 2 week mark the pain have totally gone away. Wait it out for a few days, and if you're still in pain, telephone call a doctor asap!Another way to check is to lean over forward (if you can without cause pain) and have someone trace your spine. Is there a sharp curve right around your tailbone? Or is it inflamed or bumpy? If so see a doctor in a jiffy! If it is smooth, or just a slight bump, it is probably just a strain/bruise.
Keep a check on it though! Your tail bone is a pretty crucial fragment to your spinal system!

Wow...I had the same entry happen to me...I fell on my butt in class. For me near was no bruise...and it hurt really bad when I be standing up. So I just sat down on a nice pillow for most of the time and consequently after a couple of days it stopped hurting.well you might want to get that checked out because if you move and it hurts later it might be somting but jsut wait a little while past you do check it out because it could just be a bad bruise fundamental the bone. try icing it and take about 3 ibeprofine.
i have that same thing happen to me and nearby was no bruise and it went away after a week. one of my friends who be a doctor told me if it kept hurting go to a doctor because i could of cracked it and chipped it
