My eyesight isn't that fitting anymore please help out?
Okay I am on a computer everyday I have to be for my job. Now I started notice my eyesight doesn't seem like it is used to I am still childlike only 19 but it just doesnt appear right what should I do or is there like workouts idk for my eye or something?
Answer: I work infront of the computer. your expected to roll your eyes from side to side then up and down 5 times its meant to stimulate the eyes or something. thats what we take told anyway.

Go to an optometrist and check an exam. Also you may want to get an ergonomic evaluation of your workstation. You may need to take a different kind of monitor or maybe different lights within your office. I know that a non glare blind helped me.But you need to carry an eye exam first.
