Answer:    You really didn't give us much information to go on. Which finger? What do you reason caused it to twitch? Describe the actual twitch activity? How normally does it happen?

You posted the question almost an hour ago...so have it already stopped? If it gets worse, call a doctor.

Is it painful or just one of those hesitant type of twitches? Two days is a long time regardless. Perhaps you should tell your parent(s) and have them nick you to a doctor.
