My foot have a bump that feel similar to a bone explicitly sticking up lower than my skin. What could it be ?

The bump is on the far side of my left foot behind my pinky toe but in the middle up on my foot. It is painful to touch and it hurts when I put weight fully down on that foot.

Any thinking of what it is would be much appreciated.

Answer:    If it's just appeared it sounds like a bunion. If it's be building for a while it could be a calcium deposit. Contact a podiatrist and schedule an appt..
Probably a cyst which will need drained by a foot Doctor or your regular Doctor. Could also be a fatty tumor, which isn't serious, but it to will obligation drained. Could be a bone to with a calcium deposit on it. Best to get it checked out by your Doctor. Osteophyte(bone spur), turn see a podiatrist..
its most likely a cyst from calcumn deposit. look up "bunion" online for info.
