i deem i know what you mean; i get that too sometimes. when you bound off of things that are a bit high, even a stage, after depending on what area of your feet you park on and how the rest of your body is positioned you can get a kinda stinging feeling within you feet maybe around you ankles a bit. thats colloquial, its just your feet responding to the shocks of landing. if you buy unknown running shoes with the shocks on them, this should actually exhaust it because they're meant to lessen the shock and make running easier. if it happen all the time though even with smaller height i'd see a doc
