My friend is getting some shots...
nd she is like, really scared.
she have a phobia of needles and passes out when she gets shots.
is here any way to ease her verbs,
or at least keep her from endorsement out?
Answer: Tell her they arent as bad as she thinks close her eyes and look away she'll be fine.
Ok so i am the EXACT same means of access!! So i bring my mom with me, cause very well, i'm ALWAYS mad at her for something so when i get silly at her on the way there my mind is completely on that and i dont even discern the shot... well not until after!!
So get her silly, or tell her something REALLY exciting that would keep her mind busy for a long time befor she go in, so she doesn't realize that she's getting it at that moment!! I would say its the solely way!!

If she is afraid of passing out, make clear to her to lie down while she gets the shots. If possible, travel with her, hold her hand, and homily to her. Distraction is a great way to ease anxiety. I did this for my friend (who is severely hypodermic phobic) and got her through the dozens of blood tests she have to have. Tell her to buy Emla Numbing Cream or Numbing Patch from the drug store. It numbs the skin and you cant feel the plunger hat bad.Its pretty cheap too! And detail her to not look!! That will freak her out even more. Comfort her and tel her everything is okay. hold her hand :] Everything will work out fine!.
omg i have a huge phobia of hypodermic.. i though i was going to get one and done up having to get 5 contained by one day i cried lol
and after the 1st shot i felt stupid for crying.. its not that bleak..
but if she is getting the hpv shot it hurts real bad =[
