My Hand Twitches, Is There Anything Wrong?
My left hand right on the far side of my palm between my first pinky knule and my wrist have been twitching a lot lately. Its be about 4 days since it started, and usually when something on me twitches its for a lil while and never multiple days. Why do things twitch and isnt something to be concerned about?

It could be just too much football or calcium, magnesium potassium or vitamin B-12 defiency. If you have no other symptoms, I wouldn't be too concerned. Give it a week or two, drink more milk (for calcium, especially righteous when you're still growing up) and maybe buy some vitamin pills with those vitamins and minerals I merely listed and see how it goes. i would describe you but i just dont want to scare you...under the weather let your dr give you the report.
