My hip hurts REALLY discouraging!! HELP
Ok the other day I had soccer practice and we worked really rock-hard, so it was time for goalie training. We were diving (long distances) and jump high and then jamming our leg up within the air (very quickly) so the day after practice (Friday) and today (Saturday) my hip hurts really feebly. I hurts whenever I.
-Get up from a chair.
-Going up and down staires
-Walking and Running
-Flexing my butt
-Sometimes hurts when I touch the right below the butt, but to the side.
-Stretching
-Moving around
Itmostlyy hurts under my butt. (sorry If it sounds wierd)
My coach say I have the best skill on switching directions (it means I walk up to a player and as it looks like im going straight for them I rapidly regulation my direction to the right or left and dribble)
I was thinking that I pulled something sence I run so rapidly in another direction or that whenI jammed up my leg for goalie, but Im not sure, it hurts adjectives the time.
What do you thin happend below my hip (I think below my hip)
Area- Below the butt, on the wager on on my leg.

Answer: i think you sprained something if it gets worst shift to the doctors it will help alot

Have same symptoms...MRI scan shows I have a slipped disc and expecting a tremendously large needle surrounded by my back on tuesday.all I did be try to stop myself falling off a chair...vastly easily done..please get it checked out hold been in dull pain for 2 years. i hope it's only a sprain for you, good luck
(thought it be my hip.I was wrong, just referred pain).
Go to your GP they will back you, Send you for Xrays and discuss the best method of healing such as physiotherapist!!
