He has had a morphine pump for two years and have never had any problems. Since it was refill this week, he has not had an appetite and have been nauseated. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated.

He, or you, need to appointment the Doctor or pain Clinic and report this to them. When dealing with that type of drug/pain hired gun you don't try to 2nd guess. Could be that they have given him a different dosage and he is having trouble adjust. Call tomorrow.

Has there been any evolution in the dose or type of morphine when it was refill? Side effects of morphine include nausea & decreased appetite. It's possible it's just affecting him this course this time. If it continues, best to call his doctor. Hopefully, the symptoms will subside in a couple of days.
