My leg is hurting?
My leg has been hurting for 2 weeks. these 2 weeks ive started track. My leg is surrounded by pain when i do sprints. It hurts directly above my knee. What should i do and will it travel away?

I was wondering if you started doing to much tracking. If you did most predictable you damaged your cartilage or ligaments. It usually happens when you over do it. If that's what you did most feasible it will heal up, but it will take more or less 3-4 weeks. I know is so painful, I runned too much once and I damaged my cartilage it took me 4 weeks to make well. I still run, but I learn my lesson to not over do it. When my body says stop I stop. Go to the doc so they can numeral out why its hurting. that way they can tell you how to treat it.You may enjoy pulled a musle. Do you stretch before track?

Always make sure to stretch in the morning and right in the past you run. Stretching at night helps the most though because as you sleep the cell will repair and replicate them selves in the area. If it be below your knee i would say its osgoodinslaughters but above the knees i have no idea. Just stretching may alleviate some of your agony. Also try using muscle relaxers like Ice and hot. Another thing to do is to do gradual walk. See track is more running so your asking all your muscles to do a lot of work really briskly. Start doing a half mile walk respectively morning get your calf's and thys into a stamina building routine and your musscles will stop aching.
