my neck started hurting today in the morning when i be washing my hair; i tilted my chief up and then i felt a niggle on the right side of my neck whenever i move it excessviley(sp). is there anything i can do to craft it better or to lessen the pain?

That happened to me ultimate month i think i just slept on it wrong? i would recommend asprin, advil, heat pad whatever you usually pocket or use and if you have money a chiropracter feels great
