My pave the way have be hurting?
I lifted weights Monday evening and after I did, my head be hurting really bad, the next light of day the headache was still there but not as impossible, it was enough to engineer me feel bad. It have continued up until today and it feels like it have subsided already but what was the cause of this?
Answer: Holding your breath while lifting can do this. Especially if your sinuses are stopped up near snot. If this happens again, I would go capture checked out by a doctor, though.
