i would try some Advil and a heating pad. a hot tub with Epsom salt could give support to. if the pain continues i would go see your Dr. perchance you pulled/tore or strained something. or you could have a pinched nerve. subsidise pain can be difficult to diagnose. a strain ought to clear up after a few days of rest.

It is probably just some sore muscles. Try to soak within a bath with epsom saline. Maybe that will help. If it still hurts a few days from now conceivably go see a doc, you could have pulled or strained a muslce.
