My rib hurts when i try to stand up what could it be?

help me please!

Answer:    Alright. Your ribs are hurting due to the fact that your diaphragm is not assisting your breathing properly and expulsion of nouns during breathing. This is not serious, although I recommend you increase your intake of vitamin D, as a lack of vitamin D can cause Rickets, which cause soft and deformed bones, and can result in serious Medical issues. If you increase you intake of vitamin D, you will feel much better and the misery will stop. Although, when you ask a question next time, offer a better discription. If what I have told you does not work, you can call me up and amuse me.

Hope it help.
