I dont understand what happens beside my right foot but it will randomly get hot for a few second like someone put a blow dryer to it and then cools down. Theres no skin irritations or anything atypical looking on my foot.

Im 22 years old, very wholesome.

Anyone know what might be causing this? Like I said my foot looks normal and im not even on my foot all day I sit down within a chair all daytime at work. Please help!

It sounds like your nerves are misfiring by chance. It could be as simple as something about the way you're sitting at work i.e. aggravating it (pinching a nerve or something), or it could be the onset of a chronic condition. If it's be getting worse lately, you should see a doctor to rule out the latter and get advice on the former.
