My shoulder ache, when i breathe within there's a stabbing backache.
My shoulder aches, and when i take a low breath in there's a stabbing pain. It's happen before, but it went away on its own. I don't guess exercise causes it because i only have to move a little bit, and it felt similar to it cracked and the pain started. What could be wrong? and what can i do to stop it?

Answer: It could be muscle/skeletal related injury. muscle strain. to know for sure you might consider an x beam or see an othopedic specialist. or get a doctor thats a D.O. (doctor of osteopathic medicine) instead of an M.D..
To be honest, it sounds like indigestion or trapped curl. Sometimes this can be so painfull that you think you are having some style of heart problem. Try some indigestion remedies or ranitadine. If this does not help within partly an hour, try a wee trip to the doc's . He/she will be able to put your mind at rest. I doubt that you are having a serious condition issue. I have been feeling guilty before, sitting in the casualty department next to nothing more than too many onions contained by my curry!!
If DIY, go for exercises like yoga, pilates etc
If beside help from others, try a local therapist for a squeeze session
if lazy, can even get those reflexology pat shoes/sandals

some of your symptoms are a red flag.. you may need a cxr .see your md and get it investigated it probably is zilch ..but if you need medicl care it will be a negotiate. you may be showing the symptoms of asthma the same things happened to me when right previously i was diagnosed with the disease for the second time.
