My right wrist is starting to crack about a week ago. movies it downwards,circular motion. its an addicting like my knuckle cracking. is within any household things i can use like make a brace so i stop cracking it? i cant turn to the doctor cause hes sucks really bad. also , awhile ago ..mabey 3 months ago, i played 6 hours on xbox. my right started to hurt so i stoped. immediately i started cracking it. theres no way i can stop it. please help. i dont want to turn to the hospital and have surgery and or take prescription or even worse... carple tunnel.

cracking knickles isnt bad all you hear is a gas release when the shared separates thats it. So if you like to crack it do it. If it hurts its a different story. Then I'd see a doc.
