Now my neck hurts really badly if i turn my nouns left or right up and down it really hurts! What can i do to heal it? Besides going to the doctor?

Well, Going to the dr. or chiropractor is the BEST entity to do. What I would suggest until then is icing it for about fifteen min. at a time. Then, I'd put a heat pad on it after the cold has subsided. I would also own someone rub it. You most likely got whiplash which purely needs to be babied for just about a month or so. I would also put "IceyHot" on it as much as is needed. If you have a neck brace, I'd wear that at darkness and when driving so as not to injur it further. That is the best suggestions I can give you.
