My mother is making a claim that I find absurd...she thinks that drinking flavored dampen like Nestles 'Pure life' works toward the 70 or so ozs of water she should be drinking per hours of daylight.

She doesn't drink pure water because of this.who thinks this is not indistinguishable as drinking water and who thinks it is?
