New York City and have condition insurance?
I really need to know but am unable to find any information on this: Is it true that surrounded by NYC you are required to have health insurance or you can be put surrounded by jail? My boyfriend is not going to be a student as of next month and will lose his vigour insurance. If he is caught (e.x. needs to go to the hospital for a broken bone) in need it could he really go to jail? Thanks

It is not true that you need health insurance surrounded by nyc. There are thousands or people living in nyc that do not enjoy health insurance. He can go to a hospital beside out insurance but he will be paying that bill for a while.
