Night owl or sleep disorder?
I know I need 8-9 hours of sleep to really feel apt during the day. I'm a student so I have crazy hours but if disappeared to my own devices I'm usually up at 1pm and don't go to bed before 4am. I'm most productive during 10pm and 4am. I own no trouble falling asleep at 4am. When I have to go to school to do work I have a really hard time getting up at 630am and going to bed beforehand midnight. It doesn't matter how long I try to keep this calendar to get used to it, I just never discern good doing it. This started in HighSchool (10yrs ago). Caffeine, diet and exercise are not a factor.
Am I lately a night owl or do I have a sleep disorder? My doctor freshly gave me sleeping pills (Ambien) and told me to take them at 10pm. It works really ably but on weekends I fall right back into my usual guide.

Have you have your appendix out, did it set off a big defect?
You may simply have "nocturnal tendencies" as I do. Even as a child I was other more active at night. But getting me up surrounded by the morning for school was a nightmare for my poor grandmother. I own never been able to trade name a day time schedule work for me. I simply prefer the night time. Less people, cooler temperature and a sky full of stars is much easier on the eyes than a bright sun.I enjoy have a headache for a couple days...?
who so ever u r .idon't know but u r exactly same as me...i to have same things ...being productive at such hrs...i don't know going on for ur doctor pills..bad at such age
my only direction to u is to meditate at 10 p.m.don't take it lightly practise it and u'll seize to sleep within 2-3 days
the main basis for such things is that u have frustration inside or are being more burdened or serious towards the work...brand ur brain think of nothing b4 u move about to meditate..it'll workkkkk[...
