Night time headache?

Lately I seem to have a headache every hours of darkness when I go to bed. I don't get it. I trying to cool stale by sleeping with fan on and three window opening (blinds closed) in the nude (have my own room) and still grain hot. I even took soemthing cuz at the same time my acid reflux kicked surrounded by. I haven't eaten since 6 pm so wtf? It has be happening for the last 5 night. I have no doctor so please,

Answer:    For your acid reflux, just cart a tablespon of apple cider vinegar, which will burn a little going down, but will instantly stop the acid reflux. It's a automatic cure that I have been using for a long time. :) Now, going on for the headaches, you can do a couple of things. Some people lug ginger for pain, like gingerbread cookies or ginger capsule. Another really good way is to buy a couple of lemons. When you procure a headache, simply peel off for a time of the lemon zest, a piece about 3 inches by 2 inches. Rub the juicy sector on your forehead and temples. Then place it on your forehead, and secure it beside a handkerchief around your head and tied at the rear. Keep it on until your headache goes away. (It's the acid that does the trick! As beside the acid in the apple cider vinegar!).
You could be have sinus headaches. If your head hurts surrounded by the front and around your eyes that is your sinuses hurting. Take some Sudafed before bed and if you own airconditioning, you might want to turn that on instead of the fan and open window. I don't know where you live but the heat and humidity can exact your sinuses to go haywire. As for the reflux, you can go to a drug store (when you obtain the Sudafed) and get some over-the-counter antacids like tums or a longer persistent one like Prilosec OTC. Take that before bed also and sleep beside your head on two pillows. Good luck. You can try putting a cold wet towel on your boss before going to sleep. That will definitely sustain you cool off and help you relax. That might even seize rid of the headaches.

If that's not enough, try taking a cold shower until that time sleep.

Oh and sometimes sleeping on the floor is cooler for some reason, so experiment and don't sleep on your bed for one night and see if that will work for you..

An injury to your neck or lower posterior can also couse the same simptoms, you don't relize the stress or injury has coused any problem until u relax, As an EMT we refered to this as the walking wounded.
