Norco, is it alike as Vicodin?
Someone told me its better, because it does NOT have Acetametiphin in it, but I get it and it states it DOES have it in it!

Answer: The difference is the amount. Norco have 325 mg of acetaminophen, and Vicodin usually has 500 and I believe there are some hydrocodone/apap pills that enjoy as high as 650 mg. My roommate is on Norco for pain because he is on a medication that could be toxic on his liver and have to limit the amount of acetaminophen he takes. I hope this help. I absolutely agree with someone who answered below me near the drinking a cup of coffee... Excedrin contains caffeine and it does seem to help the drug work better, contained by fact I usually take stomach-ache medication with my morning cup of Joe.
I however DISAGREE with that being stating that you need to take 2 Vicodins for duplicate effect as a Norco. This information is very misleading. Vicodin comes in 10mg tab also, infact they come in a few differant sizes.The narcotic hydrocodone in Vicodin is alike strength as Norco and you do not want to overdo that because someone gave you incorrect information.
I take Norco 10/325 which money it has a 325 mg. low dose of acetaminophen, equivalent to one regular strength Tylenol. Vicodin 5/500 contains the equivalent to extra strength 500 mg. Tylenol. You also need to purloin two of the Vicodin to equal one Norco, so that's 1,000 mg Tylenol. Acetaminophen is dangerous and the less the better. Norco is much better if you stipulation pain relief. Have a cup of coffee after you filch it. The caffeine increases the pain killing effect.
