im sick - cough, runny nose - and so i blow my nose alot. when i woke up first thing this morning (2 hours ago)my trunk started bleeding. is it because i blew it too much yesterday?

it has bleed about 3 more time since. i cant not blow my nose because it will drip onto my face(eww).
what should i do?
