on the outside of my nose where i get it pierced about 4 months ago this lump keeps popping up next going away its so annoying it doesnt hurt its just ugly what do i do roughly it should i cut it off or what?

Don't cut it off, pop it, or play beside it. You can try using green tea oil on it or crushing an aspirin and making a paste out of it near water and putting it on the bump. It'll go away within a couple of days or a week; but it will get smaller.
