For years I have suffered from migraines and fainting spells but own been taking medicine for them, but lately I own been having headache that have been much worse. Not similar to debilitating migraines but hit your head on the ground or something stomach-ache like headaches, and one and only in the front and back of my herald on one side. I also have really bad pains contained by the same side of my neck, the not here side. I just sort of ignored that twinge though because in January I had an MRI because I have a pulsating feeling in both ears. They sent me to a cardiologist and to an ENT but adjectives the tests they did came spinal column normal including the MRI. But I know I'm not over reacting or making up this spasm I know it's there. For two years now I've be in and out of doctors and I'm ready for it to stop. Is here anyway these tests could come back common but maybe the doctors are missing something? I'm just a kid who is looking for answers and thought I don`t know one of you guys could help. Thanks.

Have you had a lumbar puncture done? An increase intracranial pressure could also be a lead to for headaches. (causing migraine like symptoms) Or they could both run together.You could ask your doctor to bring a lumbar puncture done to see if you have an increase intracranial pressure. From there, they could check your spinal fluids for infections as resourcefully.
Maybe you can try off label use of botox. It is said to work for masses migrainuers. But you need at least one month back the botox take effect.
You could also try alternative medication. Some studies showed that taking Coenzyeme Q10 (Co Q10) 150mg or Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 400mg daily at these dosage for at lowest possible 2 months have an effect of reducing the frequency of migraine.

Yes, doctors can miss things and it can lift years to get an accurate diagnosis. What exactly did they take an MRI of?
It sounds similar to you could have a terrible middle ear infection, which is what they thought I have until I got a brain MRI and a lumbar puncture after losing sight surrounded by my left eye. I also lost feeling within my left leg, became an expert at tripping over myself and getting stuck on the ground close to the elderly lady in that commercial for Life Alert who scream, "help, I've fallen and I can't receive up!" To this day, when my MS acts up, it is solely on my left side which all the doctors bring up to date me is not typical with MS. Guess what? They are wrong. Find a web site almost your worst symptoms and go into a group forum to read other people's experiences.
