NyQuil withdrawal?
I have been drinking 1 1/2 to 2 bottles a year of NyQuil for over 4 years because of my constant sinus headache and cough symptoms. I have not had any for 2 days immediately because my sinus headache and cough problems seem to have gone away. Now its impossible for me to sleep at hours of darkness I stayed up all night because I capture scared and my bed feels similar to its spinning and then I hear the phone ringing and when I answer it no one is at hand. I have strange thoughts memories that are not mine! I know there not mine I be not alive in the 1920's! Sometimes I get definite hyper and start barking, howling and running around my house. Is there anything I can do give or take a few this? What should I do? When will this go away? Im afraid to call a rehab clinic because I surmise they will laugh at me because its only nyquill and strange to notify them.
