Omg i dont know what to do!! sustain!!?
well i hurt my wrist.
i was messing aroudn beside my friend he grabbed my arm(trying to take a basketball from me)and twisted my wrist adjectives the way around.
now it hurts to write and it hurts to do anything it hurts even when im not doing anything.
i cant report my parents because they overreact.. and i just dont like tellign them anything.
i be gonna wrap my wrist with an ace bandage but i guess we dont own any...
whats wrong with my wrist?
what else can i use to wrap it?
what can i do for the pain?

Answer: Sounds to me like it may be strained or sprained. Constant pain after something resembling that is not normal. Even though your parents over-react, it might be a correct idea to tell them and walk get some x-rays done. There is a high possibility it could be broken. You really dont know what is going on near it until you get the x-rays done, as no one can diagnose by basically the information in here. There are other things that need to be done except describing pain. I really advise you to own x-rays as after a certain period, I believe its 24 hours, the body tries to make well itself and the bones begin growing back together. So, after that, they any leave it like it is if it is not grossly deformed or does not interrrupt conventional function, or they have to re-break it and then set it typically, wihch I am sure you dont want to have to go through. So, to label it easy, just walk have some x-rays taken and then they can detail you whether its a strain, sprain, or fracture. Hope things work out well for you.

tell your parents you twisted your wrist making a shot..You should detail your parents, but you want to ice it and wrap it. If it still hurts than hun a doctor would be good ;) dutiful luck.
If you don't have a wrap, your going to have to detail your parents, they overreact because they care. Be thankful, some parents don't.
