Ive been having one cigarette a day for the ending month and the brand is silk cut which has 1mg of tar and 0.1mg which is really nothing surrounded by comparison to other brands Im just wondering will this have the same effects as the other cigarettes ? (bad lung dimensions etc )
Answers:    Ah, if it was only the tar and nicotine you have to worry about.

Don't forget that cigarettes also contain many other product that the manufacture use to keep you addicted, including carbon monoxide and asbestos, amongst many others.

As for other peoples comments about you not individual addicted, I believe you are, otherwise why would you need to have just that one cigarette a daytime, certainly not for the taste.

Just so you know I am not one of lose never smoked lecturing race, I currently smoke 20 a day and am smoking one right now.

ok why the hell are you smoking. iv smoked since i was 16.. not proud and i could never freshly have one a day.which clearly means your not addicted..so why do you hold doing it. why would you create this habit thats bad.
