While these do help some in the 200mg to 300mg I cannot afford them next to the crap ins. I have. As a result I have to nick Tramadol 50mg like tic-tac's all afternoon. I would like to find another ER solution, I know that Oxy has a fruitless rap, but I am sensative to Codine. What about Methadone?

There are many option available but these should be discussed with your physician. It depends on the severity of your pain, any other meds you may be on, any allergies/sensitivities (9% of the Caucasian population for example, are not competent to use Codeine not because they have allergies, but simply because they cannot metabolize it well, if at adjectives. If this is the case, then you could still lug hydrocodone or oxycodone because they are not dependent on the enzyme that metabolizes Codeine). I really don't recommend Methadone unless you have *severe* chronic pain, or a dependency on opioids, or both. It is more of a last-resort drug for this sort of misery relief. (200mg of Tramadol is roughly 10mg of Morphine or about 7.5mg of Oxycodone.)

EDIT: The poster below me, DynoDiKk is correct. Ultram can be markedly nasty in jargon of withdrawals and even side-effects.

My only support. Get off the Ultram period. Methadone is for advanced users lone . I firmly believe Ultram ranks as the 2nd worse synthetic opiate ever created. And my GOD, do not go cold turkey on these things. Take heed of the above answer. And throw those Ultrams in a cesspool. And re-establish a few things next to your doctor. And get on with your vivacity. THere's an entire wonderful world of happier opiates waiting for you that want a home in your stomach.

And what makes you come up with 200mg or 300mg Ultrams can help if your swallowing 50's like they are sweet tart. Ultrams can kill you.
