Osgood schlatter is getting worse?

hi,

i am an osgood schlatter patient of 1 full month. I have notice the pain gets decrease every week and i was able to run today. At lunch i played Man-Hunt near my friends which is running game like sticky label. I ran and ran later bam new pain inb my knees, its so severe i cant go up stairs, bend my knee more than 40 degree. Its awfull. Do you think my OSD has gotten worse? please relief

A potential sleep disorder?

You will need to take it jammy and rehab patiently. Osgood-Schlatter Disease is not a disease, but an overuse condition. It typically starts with the growth spurt in the teens and can end until age 18, or so, when growth ceases. The bone growth is faster than the tendon growth and so here is strain on the patellar tendon insertion. During sports, or stressful activities, the muscle is partially torn away from the bone with resultant micro-fractures developing. These micro-fractures, instinctively, will take time to heal.

I know that this isn't what you needed to hear. But rest and an avoidance or modification of activities may be necessary. I hold two articles posted below.

I had this problem growing up. What you need to do is to strengthen the muscle around the knees by doing light weight lifting accomplishments and stretching on a daily basis. Don't put increased pressure on your knees (excessively). Make sure you are getting satisfactory potassium. Since I developed muscle around my knees I have not had a problem since.

My joint and finger tips surrounded by my foot hurts defectively when i touch something that's markedly cold or what could it be
