Over done it a bit ?
Yesterday i was doing my work out and this morning im in alot of spasm ! i dont usualy mind because its a sign that its working but its also a sign that ive over done it a bit ! I fell down the stairs ! im finding it hard to even sit down ! any suggestions and advice just about pain relief after excersing would be beneficial and apriecated !
Answer: Well I hold a cure I give myself after intense working out. Fill your tub with wet (40oC or a bit less if you don't feel unbelievably comfortable) and dilute in it 10 tablets of aspirin. Stir well and grasp in. Try to relax and give your body a smooth stroke in the areas you feel stiff. You can steep in some hot water when is getting cold to prolong the temperature. After the bath get hold of in the bed and cover yourself with something melt. Does miracles for me!

Drink plenty of water, and try to stretch, so you don't have lactic acerbic build up in the muscles. That will make you really sore. If you can afford it, bring a massage. If not, try to rub out the worst areas with Tiger Balm. If you're not au fait with Tiger Balm, it looks like a pot of lip make notes on, and you can get it at most drugstores. Rub some in, consequently turn your shower on super hot. Sit in the bathroom and let the steam plague up the room.I use glutamine for recovery. It's just an amino bitter, and it's derived from food, so it's not one of those weird, questionable supplements that gives you odd side effects. You can get it at any vitamin store and some wal-marts. I get the powder, not the capsule. You can just stir it into drinks. It has practically no flavor.
