Pain surrounded by an acl reclamation, support!?

ok, varsity soccer try-outs, first day. fake to the gone. Pop! oh, there goes my knees, and chances of making varsity. so it turns out its was lately hyper-extended. so i played the next day. collapsed again. this time surrounded by total pain.
after an mri i had a torn acl and partial torn meniscus. surgery be my first, and it was scary. immediately 8 days after im still in pain beside some colorful bruises. im told to lose the crutches and try walking. i look stupid, and it hurts. now all i enjoy it time to complain. although online shopping has its pleasures.
i just call for to know if all this iceing and elevating is going to help next to the pain. because when im making up 3-days of schoolwork i dont have time for torment. my knee keeps swelling, and so does my stomach. after lay around for a week and eating,
is there anyway to spawn this experience better, and less painful because they said im supposed to stop taking the meds soon, and i gotta put in the picture ya. i dont think im gonna make it.

Is it a reality that touching your ear next to your adjectives finger will relieve the throbbing?

Unfortunately this is not a immediate recovery injury it takes time and restraint and following a strict regimen of care. Yes ice and elevation will minister to, as will resting it. Walking is good but don't overdo it just however, try some simple stretching exercises that you can do while sitting down, this will help the knee return to shape minus having the weight on it. Also whip an anti-inflammatory religiously such as Ibuprofen. It will take awhile but the above methods will work if you can be patient. Unfortunately here is no "quick" fix to get it back to ordinary.
