behind my right boob, I have this really doomed to failure pain I'm not sure if it is my ribs or what but it hurts to cough/stretch and lay down certain ways. Also my middle lower final has been giving me problems. I cannot stand for more than an hour minus my back starting to hurt then it is almost impossible for me to bend over or stretch my posterior. I actually purely recently went to the doctor beside almost the exact symptoms your describing, he thought it was a inflammed joint between my vertebrae, he have to perscribe an anti- inflammatory for me. I would see your doctor about it. Better to be safe than sorry!
