Pain is starting in the lower left side of the body, shooting up between the upper departed arm between in the middle of the chest. The more the person breaths, the cramp tends to shoot up making the left ear hurt, when taking open breaths. Can that be anxiety?

it could be some kind of problem in the ear close to in the eardrum or any part of the ear conduit or maybe that person get a hit in the rib cage so the lung is cause that pain while the person breathes
