ok im 21 i hurt my back in july of 07 and they right to be heard i have hernatied disk in my lumbar spine and i enjoy ban so bad i cant tramp so im getting ready to go to strain management on wed. does any one have any concept of what i can tell them to give me so that my spasm will go away and i can walk again. please simply help if u have be through the same thing, i enjoy tried meds and narcotics they dont work...
