Sometimes I get this horrible pain in my gone side. My whole body cramps up and I have to lean on one side. When I try to breathe deeply, it hurts and I almost touch paralyzed there. It goes down right before my hip up my collar. What is this? I don't run, so I doubt it's a side stitch or whatever it's called, but could this be serious?
